How is Trey able to film in a courthouse??

How could he just show up at the courthouse and start filming
Kate etc and no court employees stop him, isn't that invasion of
someone privacy from court employees to suspects.This reality TV
show thing is getting worse and worse..I don;t watch reality TV so
why would I want to watch it on GH and with a character I hate.....Krissy.

Well, this is the same courthouse that Todd Manning brought a loaded gun into just a couple months ago, so apparently they have really crappy security.

Maybe they stopped arming the bailiffs after Carly grabbed one of their guns and shot Tony Jones all those years ago?

I am wondering the same thing. It makes no sense that this kid would be able to film a reality show in a real courtroom. (nn)
